Ensure the mode is set to Cooling, setpoint below room temperature, and filters/vents are clear. If it’s still warm, book a diagnostic — the issue could be refrigerant, sensors or fan performance.

Switch the unit off and place a towel. This is usually a blocked drain or incorrect fall. We’ll clear, disinfect and check the tray/pump to stop it recurring.
