We can review proposed layouts and highlight routing issues, coordination clashes and maintenance access concerns before work begins. Our aim is to protect performance while making sure the system can actually be built and serviced within the space available.

Systems for apartments and mixed use schemes

For apartments we typically install compact, efficient splits and multi splits that respect planning constraints and noise limits. For mixed use schemes we coordinate plant locations and routes with other services such as sprinklers, ventilation and risers. We also consider acoustic requirements for neighbouring properties and amenity spaces.

Shell, core and fit out coordination

On commercial schemes we work closely with steelwork, ceilings and partitions to ensure that indoor units, ductwork and condensate routes are safe and accessible. We can help provision capped services for future tenants or deliver complete Cat A or Cat B installations with full commissioning and handover packs.

Health and safety, documentation and handover

Our engineers follow site safety rules, hold relevant cards and attend inductions as required. We provide method statements, risk assessments and lifting plans where needed. At completion we supply commissioning data, equipment schedules and guidance for your operation and maintenance manuals.
