Confirm the unit is set to Cool, target temp below room temp, and doors/windows are closed. Clean or replace clogged filters — low airflow can prevent cooling.

  • Mode: Cool, Fan: Auto/Medium
  • Filters clear; vents not blocked
  • Still warm? Book a diagnostic — could be refrigerant or sensors

Water leak inside

Turn the unit off and place a towel. Often a blocked drain or incorrect pipe fall. Avoid running until cleared.

  • We’ll clear the drain and check the tray & pump

Bad smells

Usually due to bio-film on coils and wet drains. A clean and sanitise solves most odour issues.
